It depends on the size of the area and the surface. Most rooms are done in a single visit. When you request a quote, we’ll give you a time window for your space.
We keep the work tidy and contained. We cover and protect nearby areas, and we wipe down when we finish.

Yes. Sealing helps protect clean tile, grout and stone from stains. We suggest resealing about every 2 years. After sealing, please wait 24-48 hours before heavy use or wet cleaning.

Yes. We clean patios, steps, pavers and pool decks. Outdoor tile and stone collect dirt, algae and mineral spots, and we know how to handle them.
Anti-slip treatment adds traction to smooth, wet-prone surfaces. We most often apply it on outdoor pool areas and bathroom floors. It’s a good fit if you want more confidence on wet tile.
Yes, we clean laminate. We do not clean hardwood or carpet.
